Notice for clients

1. Opening hours: 8am - 4pm every day since 1/12 until 31/3 every year, according to snow and climate conditions.
2. Please read this list carefully and decide what kind and how many tickets you want before you queue, you will shorten the queue time.
3. Check your returned change immediately.
4. You can reclaim non-functional tickets with one of our staff member at the turnstile.
5. You cannot reclaim damaged tickets.
6. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
7. Should there be a blackout or similar emergency, which will cause more than 50% loss of ticket usage, we will provide full refunds for customers who seek out a staff member.
8. Items fallen in the safety nets near the ski-lifts will be recovered after shutdown.
9. All customers of our ski centre are obliged to pay attention to these rules.

Please respect these rules, your visit will be more pleasant for everybody, including you.
